Because of our current situation, this year’s prom will only be for seniors and a guest. You may bring someone from another school however they must complete a separate permission form and under no circumstances can anyone be 21 years of age or older or younger than 9th grade.
- Each table at the prom seats 6 people therefore, you cannot have more than 6 people per table. The easiest way to purchase tickets is to select one responsible person from your group to collect money and purchase tickets for the entire group.
- Before purchasing tickets, please fill out the attached Table Form, and include all checks/cash for your group.
- You MUST have a parent’s contact number and your date’s parent’s contact number on the Table Form paper when you buy your tickets.
- Please make all checks payable to: SOUTH PARK HIGH SCHOOL.
- The prom starts at 7 p.m. and ends at 9 pm, and everyone must stay at the prom until 9 pm. No one will be permitted to leave early!
COST:
Prom Tickets: $80 per couple ($40 for singles)
Sit down dinner will include: Chicken, pasta, vegetable, salad, dinner rolls, dessert and assorted beverages. A vegetarian option will be available upon request. (See Table Form.)

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A GUEST FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL OR A GRADUATE:
- No guest may be 21 or older or younger than 9th grade.
- You must complete the NON-SP Student Permission Form.
- You must turn in a copy of the form, your guest’s parent’s contact number, and a legible copy of the guest’s driver’s license or photo ID WHEN purchasing tickets. You cannot purchase tickets without this information.
A FEW OTHER REMINDERS:
- Everyone will be asked to complete a Covid Release Form which must be turned when arriving at the Prom. These forms will be available when you purchase tickets.
- All attendees and chaperones will have their temperatures checked upon entering the South Hills Country Club. Also, students may be searched prior to entering the party room.
- A Table Form must be completed for your group that you wish to sit with at the prom. You must provide updated parent contact information.
- Please wear appropriate clothing! (Suit or tux, formal short or long dresses are appropriate. No jeans, t-shirts or athletic shoes.)
- Everyone must wear a mask upon entering the event and after dinner.
- Because this is a school sponsored event, all school rules and policies must be followed at all times.
- Please do NOT attend the prom if you or your guest does not feel well for ANY reason!
