Livestream Promenade of couples begins at 6:45 pm
Check in by 7:00 pm
Sit down dinner: 7:30-8:30 pm
Dancing: 8:30-11 pm

PROM RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT COLLECTION:  Prom reservations will be held from Wednesday, April 6 through Wednesday, April 13.  Reservations will be taken during all 3 lunch periods outside of the cafeteria as well as during HR and period 8 in room 214 in the business hallway. 

Each table at the prom seats 10 people; therefore, you cannot have more than 10 people at a table.  If you do not have a group of 10 people, you may be placed with another group to make up a table of 10.  The easiest way to purchase tickets is to select ONE RESPONSIBLE person from your group to collect money and all the required forms and purchase tickets for the entire group of 10.

Before making reservations, please fill out the Table Form and include all Checks/Cash for your group.

All checks must be made payable to:  SOUTH PARK HIGH SCHOOL.

Everyone must have parent emergency contact information on the Table Form when prom reservations are made.

Please turn in the Table Form, COVID Release Form, and Non-SP Visiting Student Permission Form (if applicable) when making prom reservations.  All forms MUST be completed and total payment collected in order to make a table and prom reservation!

COST:

$130 per couple ($65 for singles) Cost of the prom includes:  livestream promenade, sit down dinner, refreshments, airbrush tattoo artists, DJ, photo booth, candy table, and evening snack.

A FEW OTHER IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

The prom ends at 11:00 pm, and everyone must stay at the prom until 11:00 pm.  No one will be permitted to go to his or her car or leave prom early!

Everyone attending the prom MUST complete the COVID Release Form in order to attend the prom. You will not be allowed entrance to the prom without the completed COVID Release Form.

All current CDC guidelines will be enforced at the prom.  You must be clear of COVID-19 to attend.  If you are having to isolate, you will not be allowed entrance to the prom.

No masking is required at the time of this printing; however, guidelines may change by May 2022.   Again, all current CDC guidelines will be enforced at the prom.

Everyone will be searched prior to entering the Grand Ballroom at Southpointe.  People may be randomly selected to use the AlcoBlow device.

Prom is a formal and special night for SPHS students. Please maintain the integrity and formality of this night by dressing appropriately.  If you have questions concerning your attire, it is your responsibility to seek prior approval from an adult.

Prom is a privilege that may be revoked at any time.

If you are told by South Park High School that you are unable attend the prom due to attendance, discipline, or academic issues, you may NOT attend prom.  If you already paid for prom tickets, your money will be refunded to you unless it is AFTER May 6.

You may NOT bring a guest that was told they CANNOT attend the prom.

There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS after MAY 6, 2022. Final payment is due to the hotel and the vendors by that date.  Please make wise decisions!

P L E A S E   R E A D   C A R E F U L L Y!!

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A GUEST FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL OR A GRADUATE:

No guest may be 21 or older or younger than 9th grade.

You must complete the appropriate form, which may be obtained in the office or room 214.  This form should be turned in prior to purchasing prom tickets in order to seek principal approval. You cannot purchase tickets or make a prom reservation without this completed form.

You must turn in a copy of the form, your guest’s parent contact information, their COVID release form, and a legible copy of the guest’s driver’s license or photo ID.
