PROM RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT COLLECTION:
Prom reservations will be held from Wednesday April 24th through Wednesday May 8th, 2024. Reservations will be taken during Periods 1 and 11 in Room 203 (Mrs. Massari’s Room) in the math hallway.
Each table at the prom seats 10 people; therefore, you cannot have more than 10 people at a table. If you do not have a group of 10 people, you may be placed with another group to make a table of 10. All groups of 10 must purchase their tickets at the same time. You must complete and submit all required forms and submit payment at the same time. Then, you will be able to select your table. Groups who do not have 10 people, can submit your payment and forms and a table will be assigned at that time by Mrs. Brace and Mrs. Massari.
Before making reservations, please fill out this form titled Prom 2024 Table Form. You can obtain this form on the SPHS 2024 Google Classroom Page, SPHS Website, and/or in Mrs. Brace’s room (Room 116- English hallway)
Checks must be made payable to South Park High School. Cash will also be accepted.
Every student attending the prom must have accurate contact information on the SPHS 2024 Prom Table Form when completing the reservation process.
Students who will bring a Non SP Visiting Student must provide his/her guest with the link to this Google Form for Non-SP Visiting Student Permission Form. The Non SP Visiting Student Form must be submitted electronically no later than Tuesday May 7, 2024. If we do not receive the appropriate form by the due date, your ticket will be voided.
COST:
$100 per person. Cost of the prom includes the following: access via a Google file to a complementary prom photo taken upon arrival, sit down dinner, dessert, favors, refreshments, airbrush tattoo artist, DJ, photo booth.
A FEW OTHER IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
All prom paperwork and payment must be received by the due date to attend the prom.
Everyone attending the prom must sign up for the SPHS Prom 2024 Google Classroom Page for updates and important information. The code to join is ujvqqau.
The prom ends at 11:00 PM and everyone must stay at the prom until 11:00 PM. No one will be permitted to go to his/her car or to leave the prom early!
Everyone will be searched prior to entering the Grand Ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn Southpointe.
Prom is a formal and special night for SPHS students. Please maintain the integrity and formality of this night by dressing appropriately. If you have questions concerning your attire, it your responsibility to seek approval from an adult.
Prom is a privilege that may be revoked at any time.
If you are told by SPHS that you are unable to attend the prom due to but not limited to attendance, discipline, or academic issues, you may NOT attend the prom. If you already paid for prom tickets, your money will be refunded to you unless it is AFTER May 9, 2024.
You may not bring a guest if you have been told that your guest is not permitted to attend the prom.
There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS after May 9, 2024. Final payment is due to the hotel and the vendors on that date.

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A GUEST FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL OR A GRADUATE:
No guest may be 21 or older or younger than 9th grade.
A School Administrator, Principal, or Employer (Employer only accepted if not enrolled in a high school, college, or university) of the visiting student must complete this form titled Google Form for Non-SP Visiting Student Permission Form. THIS FORM CANNOT BE FILLED OUT BY A SPHS STUDENT OR PARENT. The link can also be found on the SPHS Website and the SPHS Prom 2024 Google Classroom Page. This form must be received no later than May 8, 2024 to attend the prom.
You cannot purchase prom tickets or make a prom reservation without this completed form.
You must upload a valid photo ID (e.g. guest’s driver’s license, school photo ID, etc)
