Seniors: College Acceptance Status in Naviance and Requesting Transcripts
Good afternoon. Just a few reminders we wanted to send from the guidance department while we are still not in the building. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact any of us. Our emails are below.
Marking your acceptances to college/universities in Naviance:
In Naviance, you must mark the colleges/universities that you have been accepted to. This must be done for the guidance department to send out final transcripts at the end of the school year. See the attachment below for the step by step instructions.
Requesting Transcripts:
If requesting a transcript for a college/university, please submit the request through Naviance like always but also send an email to all three of us in the guidance department letting us know you sent the request. This way we will get to it quickly. We will reply back to your email once it has been sent.
If requesting first semester grades, please send an email to all three of us in the guidance department letting us know what school to send your grades to. We will reply back to your email once it has been sent.
If requesting a transcript for a scholarship, please send an email to all three of us in the guidance department letting us know where to send the transcript. We will reply back to your email once it has been sent.
